With years of experience in catering, including a background as a qualified chef, director of a catering company in London & the successful ownership of a restaurant in the UK , my culinary skills & expertise have undoubtedly been honed.

My passion lies in using fresh, local ingredients to design bespoke menus for clients in South-West France. While French dishes form the heart of my menus, I also enjoy exploring other cuisines together with catering to diverse dietary needs such as vegetarians, vegans & those with food allergies.

At Charente Kitchen we believe that every event is as unique as you are and aim to add a personal touch to your special day. Whether it is in a grand Chateau or in the comfort of your own home our team is dedicated to craft a culinary experience that reflects your style & personality.

"DP was recommended to us by a neighbour in France as she'd recently worked with him.

From start to finish, the man is a Genie !

I contacted him via Instagram, we discussed, we emailed, we arranged to meet when we were in France, we chose our menus, with helpful advice, and suggestions, we met again, and then the big day was upon us.

We had NOT a moment of concern... DP arrived, organised everything, produced a delicious meal, catered for children, vegetarians, vegans, drop outs, extras. All with no fuss, absolutely no stress shown, nothing appeared too much trouble.

I say Genie... DP is a gentle calm man, who appeared, big smile, in the midst of catering for our guests, Then left, the Salle de Fêtes kitchen exactly as he'd found it, pristine ! And that was it...Honestly, THE most stressless catering experience ever !

Would absolutely recommend to anyone enquiring about his service. You won't be disappointed with the food choices, the service".
