With years of experience in catering, including a background as a qualified chef, director of a catering company in London & the successful ownership of a restaurant in the UK , my culinary skills & expertise have undoubtedly been honed.

My passion lies in using fresh, local ingredients to design bespoke menus for clients in Europe and beyond. While French dishes form the heart of my menus, I also enjoy exploring other cuisines together with catering to diverse dietary needs such as vegetarians, vegans & those with food allergies.
